Visit an annual science fair presented by and for students with significant intellectual disabilities. Discover innovative ways to teach several Science ASOLs to ALL STUDENTS.  We challenge you to find 1 or 2 ideas from this video that you can use with your students!

 

 Web Watch: Using Online Games to Teach  

Take a brief tour of a free website that features dozens of free games and activities.  All games are switch accessible.  In this video we will suggest some ASOLs that can be taught with each game.

 

**Force, Motion, & Energy TACtic

Learn how to get a FREE copy of this ASOL-based instructional unit.   Based around Science ASOL FME 2, this curriculum unit features nearly 50 lesson plan & activity ideas.  An Activity CD featuring printables, lesson plans, worksheets, and PowerPoint activities is included.

 

**Growing Things TACtic                                   

This thematic unit features 12 instructionally rich activities that can be embedded throughout your daily instruction, along with accommodations to help include children with special needs. Activities are designed to address Virginia's Foundation Blocks for Early Learning.
