The following infographic is provided as a quick reference for schools and divisions implementing PBIS, or if your division is not implementing PBIS, they may simply be useful when looking at discipline outcome data. Beginning with the Division Planning using TFI Data Infographic, central office is able to look at the aggregated data in order to dispatch tiered supports to schools, just as schools dispatch tiered supports to classrooms and teachers dispatch tiered supports to students. By looking at division data (TFI and discipline outcome data) in the aggregate, Central Office is able to most efficiently and effectively provide tiered supports, such as professional development, coaching, resources, etc. to all, some or few schools based on identified needs.
