VDOE Fall 2020 Math Webinar Series

The VDOE will be hosting a series of Fall math webinars focused on addressing unfinished learning and implementing rich mathematical tasks.  Descriptions for each session are below, and registration links can be accessed by clicking the date of the workshop.  Zoom meeting information will be emailed after registering.

Mathematics at Work – Addressing Unfinished Learning in the Grade K-3 Mathematics Classroom – 75-minute webinar with Jenn Deinhart, a Virginia educator and co-author of several books in the Every Student Can Learn Mathematics series (Solution Tree).  This session will focus on how teachers can use formative assessment to address unfinished learning and target instruction in a grade K-3 classroom.
